Coconut Software

At Coconut, I refreshed the brand tone and voice to match the solution’s fun, tropical-themed name. This meant taking us in a more consumer direction with our copy and key content assets—which helped us stand out in a stuffy market for financial institutions.

Other work included product messaging and pitch deck work, new explainer video, guides and thought-leadership content, an industry benchmarking report, SEO page strategy, new case study format, and more.

Loopio

During my time at Loopio, we revamped the brand into a colourful, playful—but trusted and knowledgeable—leader in the RFP response space. This included collaborating on a new brand framework, visual refresh, and tone and voice work.

Our content strategy was designed to help us stand out in the market against a few key competitors–and included a new, animated explainer video, original research report, an industry assessment tool, free online course, competitive SEO strategy, and unique content (plus a visual refresh) for our annual conference.

Influitive

I enjoyed a breadth of projects as I grew from an individual content contributor to a senior manager at Influitive. This included SEO content, case studies, several video series, and bottom of the funnel content that helped fuel sales pipeline and support the sales team.

Eventually, I focused on bigger projects—like writing our first core nurtures, creating thought-leadership guides, leading on our annual conference content and planning, and our overseeing our corporate communications.
