Looking to dance like you used to β but with some modifications for age/injury? π
I’m Jill, a lifelong dancer who spent years dancing recreationally in Waterloo and Toronto as an adult after my competitive dance career ended following high school.
I’m running a choreography-focused weekly class for adults who were former dancers. Choreography has modifications based on skill level or injuries, and dances won’t contain big jumps or turning sequences β but if you want to add them in or challenge yourself, you can!
Come explore dance in a no-pressure class meant to give you a physical and emotional release each week through feel-good movement.

Is This Class for You?
Anyone with former competitive or recreational dance experience (even if it’s been years since you’ve done it) should be fine.
If you’ve taken a few years of beginner dance classes as an adult, with some basic ballet and/or jazz foundations, you may also enjoy the class. If you’re curious to challenge yourself by learning more choreography in a fun, low-stress environment, this may be a good option to come try out.
